Agridesa is a closed-loop sourcing platform for Indonesia's smallholder export commodities, starting with cacao. Every lot is weighed, graded, and traced from plot to processor.
From field extension to a sourcing platform.
Agridesa began in the field. We started by working directly with farmers — understanding why a good harvest often went unsold, why prices swung unpredictably, and why field data never reached the people who could finance it.
From there the pattern became clear: the problem ran the length of a broken chain. So we built a platform that closes that chain — connecting inputs, agronomy, harvest, market, and financing in one recorded system. The agrihub we run ourselves on the ground is the proof, already running with farmers.
