About the program
CAFE Digital helps smallholder farmers understand money management and digital financial services through accessible bite-sized lessons, delivered via a WhatsApp chatbot and supported by Digital Champions in the field.
Collaboration
The program is run by Agridesa together with Good Return (funder and content developer) and PLUS as co-implementing partner. Agridesa provides the WhatsApp Business account for the chatbot's operation in Indonesia.
Tool: Teman Belajar Digital
Teman Belajar Digital is the WhatsApp chatbot for the CAFE Digital program. Through it, farmers complete short lessons on managing money, saving for goals, and digital marketing.
